Hello, AHIRUYAH is 10 mins walking distance from the train station. 5 mins from the Liuhe night market. And we don't rent bicycles. Thanks!

Wonderful, stunning hostel

Wonderful, stunning hostel with exceptionally comfortable beds and a great communal area. The WiFi is strong, there's laundry services and it's ideally located, a short walk from the Formosa metro station. For breakfast, I recommend visiting the soybean store across the foad. For dinner, the ramen restaurant in the Formosa Metro station and the Dumpling Restaurant across the road. A great hostel, ideal for a visit to Kaohsiung.

This guesthouse met all my needs. Clean, hot showers, small towel provided, 2-3mins from Formosa Blvd exit 11 and also the night market.

Exceptional

Lounge, kitchen and common areas are super comfy. It's all extremely clean and well mantained. People at the front desk make a real effort to make themselves useful and be helpful. Quiet and peaceful, ideal for a good rest. Good pillows, beds are big and comfortable enough. Showers are designed so the water doesn't flood the whole bathroom. Strong stream of hot water. Comfy couches everywhere in the common areas. Free water, tea and coffee. Towel is provided. Location couldn't be more central, really close to Formosa Boulevard MRT station.

The towel is too small, at least for me, more like a small hand towel. Some beds make creaking noises when you turn on your other side. Lockers too small to stuff a backpack, just a few valuables.

Definitely Recommended

All was good and clean. Easy to find. Convenient location, near to the mrt station. So much worth the value! Definitely recommended to solo travelers!

Just a bit stuffy in the room but still had nice sleep.

Nice location, easy to get to and from. Convenient to MRT.

Breakfast not provided. There were free coffee and tea. Coffee was instant, which I don't drink. Tea was good. Dishes and cups provided as well as fridge, toaster, micro.

Very Comfortable Stay

Rooms and beds were nice. Shower was large and bathroom was good.

Seemed like a lot of taiwanese or japanese groups, less solo travellers.

Superb

As others have noted, everything is first class and you will sleep very well here. I especially like the AC in the common area during the day, since many hostels in Taiwan turn it off, and it can get quite hot.

The kitchen does not have a stove or pots/pans, so your options for self-catering are a bit limited.

Beautiful hostel, friendly and helpful staff. My favourite hostel in all of Taiwan

Great location 10min walk from train station or 2 stops by metro outside Formosa station. Amazing lounge area with comfy sofa and big tv, well equipped and ultra clean kitchen. More like a hotel rather than a hostel.

Reception opens late snd closes quite early so if you don't book in advance you cannot just show up late and check in.
